Mr. Dunlop serves as the designated compliance officer responsible for the company’s adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and USA PATRIOT Act. He oversees all mandatory reporting and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols required by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) for Dealers in Precious Metals (31 C.F.R. Part 1027). With over 30 years of experience structuring international trade transactions, Mr. Dunlop ensures that DIA TISA’s internal controls meet the rigorous standards of federal oversight. Additionally, he is a founding member of iTradeDigital, bringing deep expertise in the digitization of trade documentation.

Mr. Waterman drives business development, leveraging a broad network of contacts to identify and onboard qualified clients. He serves as the initial point of entry for new partnerships, ensuring alignment with DIA TISA’s operational capabilities.

Mr. Podunavac and Mr. Arsic form the technical backbone of DIA TISA’s resource evaluation team. With decades of combined experience in mining engineering and operations across Europe, Canada, and Africa, they provide the technical feasibility analysis required to validate raw supply sources before they enter our chain of custody.

Based in the heart of the global mining industry, Ms. Sepp Stenger manages DIA TISA’s direct connection to the African continent. She coordinates local logistics and supplier verification, ensuring the integrity of resources originating from the region.
