WHO WE ARE

Corporate Profile & Operational Mandate

DIA TISA, INC. is a US-based precious metals trading house and logistics provider operating under the corporate jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming. We serve as a commercial counterparty and custodian, specializing in the compliant acquisition, segregated storage, and trading of Gold (Au), Silver (Ag), and Platinum Group Metals (PGMs).

We combine forty years of physical trading expertise with rigorous trade compliance to secure the chain of custody from the mine site to the vault.

OUR MISSION

Global Reach & Expertise

We provide bespoke logistical, financial, and technical solutions for the precious metals supply chain. By adhering to the strict regulatory framework of Wyoming and leveraging international standards (ICC, OECD), we eliminate operational ambiguity across the entire commercial transaction lifecycle.

CORE OPERATIONAL PILLARS

I. Segregated Vaulting & Storage

We provide non-bank, allocated storage solutions. Through our strategic partnership with Brink’s Global Services, DIA TISA offers clients fully segregated vaulting options, ensuring physical assets are legally titled to the owner and isolated from the financial system.

II. Domestic & International Bullion Dealing

We function as a liquidity provider. DIA TISA executes buy and sell orders for sovereign mint coins, investment-grade bars, and industrial bullion, servicing both domestic US clients and international counterparties with prompt settlement.

III. International Precious Metals Trading (Mine-to-Market)

We secure the chain of custody from the source. DIA TISA maintains direct operational oversight of the supply chain, facilitating the movement of raw bullion from primary extraction sites to global refineries and market centers.

THE DIA TISA DIFFERENCE

The Boutique Advantage

Unlike institutional aggregators where clients are treated as volume metrics, DIA TISA offers bespoke logistical and refining solutions. We specialize in complex jurisdictions and tailored settlement options that larger market makers often avoid, providing the liquidity of a major trading house with the privacy and agility of a private partner.

Integrated Asset Integrity

DIA TISA views the trade lifecycle as a continuum. Unlike transactional brokers, we maintain oversight beyond the point of sale. From validating production capacity at the mine site to securing final delivery, our integrated model ensures that every ounce of metal we trade is traceable, compliant, and market-ready.

Strategic Logistics Partners

Secure Transport & Liability: We utilize Brink’s Global Services for secure transport and liability coverage, alongside independent assay verification (SGS/Bureau Veritas/ALS) to ensure settlements are based on scientifically verified purity.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE & STANDARDS

Regulatory Framework
