Shipping policy

Shipping Address Including FPO/APO and PO Boxes.

When will my order ship?

We ship with UPS/ FedEx and USPS. We ship via UPS/FedEx, Monday- Thursday. UPS/FedEx Home Delivery ground delivers Tuesday-Saturday (if Saturday service is available in the shipping area). FedEx Express delivers Monday-Friday. Please Note: UPS/FedEx does not deliver, and we do not ship on the following 6 holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

We ship via USPS, Monday- Thursday. USPS Delivers Monday-Saturday.  Only USPS and SmartPost deliver to FPO/APO and PO Boxes.

Please Note: USPS does not deliver, and we do not ship USPS packages on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Once an order is shipped you will be sent a tracking number. Packages do not require a signature by our carriers as a default for residential addresses and will be left at the shipping address provided under the carriers discretion.

Purchasing perishable items or heat sensitive items (such as chocolate products), we recommend selecting one of the following FedEx shipping options: FedEx: Overnight or 2 Day Air. An overnight service should be selected for frozen meat products; Any selection other than a FedEx overnight service is at the customer's own risk. If you select USPS for perishable items, it is at your own risk and we will not be held responsible if the items perish. Ground shipping is not recommended for perishable/heat sensitive items It is at the customer's own risk.

*We will not be responsible for perishables if a FedEx overnight service is not selected.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package and the shipping address zip code. A fee is also applied to the shipping cost to cover for the packaging material.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Once an order is received, it may take from 1-6 business days before it ships. Allow an additional 1-6 business days during the holidays.  The carrier's delivery days listed at checkout are from the day an order ships.  Please note that FedEx Ground delivery days are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 All packages must be shipped international air and still could be held up in customs. The consignee is responsible for the fees If duty, customs and or brokerage fees are due for a package. UPS/FedEx will first try to collect these fees from the consignee. If UPS/FedEx is unsuccessful, the consignee is responsible for the fee to Beeyard Farm,Inc/ beeyardfarms.com. Will then have the right to charge the fee to the customer in the same payment method used for the transaction.

 CORRECT ADDRESS (Tips).

 We guarantee shipment to the address provided in most cases if we ship to an incorrect address provided by the customer and the contents have perished, then they can't be reshipped.

 Please enter address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors.

  1. Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy. Note: We are unable to ship to General Delivery addresses.
  1. Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.
  1. Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our system cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letter, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay shipment of your package.
  1. Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields. In order to ship your items in a timely fashion, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific shippers.

Some tips on entering an APO or FPO address on our order form:

 

  • City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO."
  • State field: In the drop-down box, select the APO or FPO address. We sort them alphabetically by the two-letter code for the region where the recipient is stationed.
    AA-Armed Forces of the Americas
    AE-Armed Forces of Europe (includes Canada, Africa and the Middle East)
    AP-Armed Forces of the Pacific (Includes Asia)
  • Country field: Always select "United States of America" from the drop-down menu, regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Following these steps will ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments to APO/FPO address are sent via U.S. Priority or First-Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 10 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.

OUT OF STOCK

If a product(s) in your order is not available at the time it is being picked and packed we will either: 1. Omit the product(s), ship the rest of the order and issue a refund or 2. Replace the product(s) with a similar one(s).

 DAMAGED GOODS

We are not responsible for damage to the following products:

  • Chocolate eggs.
  • Vacuum sealed coffees.
  • Any products damaged due to freezing.

In the unlikely event that a product received is incorrect, spoiled, damaged or shorted in the shipment, Beeyard Farm,Inc/ beeyardfarms.com. must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s) in question for appropriate action to take place such as a credit or refund to be issued and or processed and or a re-shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship certain items or ingredients, such as alcohol-containing items, outside of the United States. Additionally, some countries prohibit the sale of products containing the indicated ingredients; consequently, we are unable to fill an order for them if you live in one of the affected countries. We continue to update and revise this list, based on the most recent information from customs officials.
